At Tulley’s Boutique, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within reason and policy.


🛍 RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Tags attached
• Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, or damage
• In original packaging

Items must be in original condition to qualify.


💳 REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved returns may be refunded to your original payment method
OR
• You may choose to receive store credit (recommended for faster processing)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


🔁 EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges based on availability. If the item you want is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


❌ FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Accessories

Please review carefully before purchasing.


🚨 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Claims made after 3 days of delivery may not be approved.
